Staci Rice, CEO + Founder
Staci founded Idlewild Partners, having worked as a fully certified Salesforce.com specialist for nearly a decade. In her role as CEO, Staci implements the platform for a wide variety of philanthropic agencies, including human services, education reform, and foundations/grantmaking organizations. As an official partner of Salesforce.com, she has worked on over 150 implementations and projects. She was first introduced to the Salesforce.com platform while working for a national education nonprofit organization where she acted as a System Administrator for the National Fundraising team along with ten sites across the country.  She lives in New York with her husband and two children and loves experiencing what the city has to offer.

David Chang, Implementation Consultant David is passionate about the ways good data models can accelerate nonprofit success. He has experience working in the nonprofit sector both with education and advocacy-focused organizations. Prior to joining Idlewild Partners, David worked on multiple pro bono cases in the research and business intelligence department for an Amlaw50 law firm, and as a consultant managing several Salesforce implementation projects.

Amy Cobb, Implementation Consultant
Amy has experience in the nonprofit sector working in education and youth-centered organizations as a program director and a Salesforce Administrator.  She also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member for two years working to improve student literacy through tutoring and increased access to books.  In her last position at a literacy nonprofit in New Haven, CT, Amy propelled the implementation of Salesforce and expanded the use of Salesforce throughout multiple programs in the organization.

Queen Golder, Implementation Consultant
Queen is a Salesforce Certified Administrator with 8 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Queen started her career as an AmeriCorps VISTA member, working for a children’s advocacy organization in New York City. Since then, she’s worked for national and local non profits, improving their fundraising systems and using the Salesforce platform to accelerate fundraising efforts. She has worked with non profits specializing in education, youth development, health, and public advocacy. Through her experiences, she’s developed a passion for Salesforce, and how this technology can be leveraged to support a multitude of different organizations.

Hannah Kim, Implementation Consultant
Hannah’s background is in Social Work with a research & policy focus with over 7 years experience working in the nonprofit field. Prior to joining Idlewild Partners, she has worked as a consultant managing multiple, high-intensity Salesforce projects for foundation and nonprofit clients. Hannah also has experience developing data systems for tracking progress on homelessness and housing campaigns in the US and Canada and has also worked with immigrant and refugee/asylee youth & young adults while working for the NYC Department of Education and the International Rescue Committee.

James Lees, Lead Implementation Consultant
James has over 8 years experience working as a strategic consultant and adviser to non profit organizations across the US and UK. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator James has spent the last 4 years working with non-profits to enhance their technology and analytics, primarily through implementing Salesforce. He has worked with clients across multiple industries including, education (K-12 and Higher), grant making foundations, workforce development, religious organizations, advocacy groups and human services. A transatlantic transplant, James moved to the US 5 years ago to complete his Master's at NYU and now lives in New York with his wife and son.

Kristina O'Brien, Implementation Consultant
Kristina has 10 years working in nonprofit and higher education in constituent management and prospect analysis. Once she realized the power and flexibility of Salesforce, she became passionate about helping to bring this functionality to nonprofits. Kristina is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant with over 4 years’ experience implementing and optimizing Salesforce. She lives in Marin County California and loves exploring the San Francisco Bay area with her husband and two kids.
