Staci Rice, CEO + Founder
Staci founded Idlewild Partners, having worked as a fully certified Salesforce.com specialist for nearly a decade. In her role as CEO, Staci implements the platform for a wide variety of philanthropic agencies, including human services, education reform, and foundations/grantmaking organizations. As an official partner of Salesforce.com, she has worked on over 150 implementations and projects. She was first introduced to the Salesforce.com platform while working for a national education nonprofit organization where she acted as a System Administrator for the National Fundraising team along with ten sites across the country. She lives in New York with her husband and loves experiencing what the city has to offer.
Sylvia Cabral, Senior Implementation Consultant
Sylvia joins the Idlewild team as a Senior Implementation Consultant. She is a certified Salesforce administrator and has over 8 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations to implement Salesforce. As the Senior Manager of Operations and Systems Development at an education based nonprofit, she spent several years designing and building processes and used the Salesforce platform to increase efficiencies for the Admissions & Recruitment program teams around the country. Through this experience, she found her true passion for working with such a versatile platform and combining that with her desire to work with nonprofit organizations.
Amy Cobb, Implementation Consultant
Amy has experience in the nonprofit sector working in education and youth-centered organizations as a program director and a Salesforce Administrator. She also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member for two years working to improve student literacy through tutoring and increased access to books. In her last position at a literacy nonprofit in New Haven, CT, Amy propelled the implementation of Salesforce and expanded the use of Salesforce throughout multiple programs in the organization.
Yelena Kneller, Implementation Consultant
Yelena is committed to nonprofit work and social change. Since obtaining her Masters in Public Administration from Baruch in 2013, Yelena has worked with several nonprofits ranging from a micro-lender, to an organization that certified and trained therapy dogs. Working across the nonprofit industry, she realized her passion for creating and improving processes, and has been motivated by the vast possibilities that Salesforce provides to support these ambitions.
